We built a program agenda that brought out the best of the location and our attendees, with activities ranging from skiing to stargazing.

  • Attendees arrived at Four Seasons Hotel.

  • Upon arrival, attendees enjoyed an open bar and appetizers, received welcome packets, and were fitted for ski gear and winter apparel.

  • A night of incredible food, rustic elegance, live music, and the opportunity to create a custom hat from the folks at Burns 1876, as seen in Yellowstone to commence this company’s winter incentive.

  • Attendees ate breakfast at their leisure.

  • Attendees chose between National Park Wildlife Tour or Professional Skiing Lessons for this day's adventure.

  • Opportunity to dine around downtown Jackson Hole with a choice between two restaurants.

  • Blankets, campfire snacks, and themed cocktails were provided for an evening of stargazing and sips.

Pre-Trip Surprise

The magic began before the trip ever began. This pre-trip mailer gift let attendees know they were in for an incredible experience.

Custom Winter Apparel

Upon arrival, we fitted guests for quality winter apparel. Once they selected their favorite, the items were monogrammed and left in the guests’ rooms while they enjoyed dinner, ensuring a delightful evening surprise.

Experience Extras

We planned every last detail ahead of time. At our Stargazing & Sips event, we handed out plush mink blankets to each couple, making sure everyone was snug and ready to enjoy the night sky in style.

Unique Keepsake

Attendees were able to watch an artist create gunpowder artwork. Back in their rooms, they found this note saying that a replica would be mailed to them, along with a personalized framed photo from earlier in the program.
