Event Planner - Front of House
What Success Looks Like
Success means every program is thoughtfully planned, seamlessly executed, and exceptionally well cared for from kickoff through closeout.
Clients feel understood, supported, and confident that every detail is in good hands. Internal teams and partners have clear direction, expectations, and timelines. Programs are creative, intentional, and aligned with the client’s goals and budget. Details are anticipated, communication is proactive, and challenges are handled calmly and resourcefully. On-site, attendees feel welcomed and cared for, while the client can be fully present and enjoy the experience we’ve created.
And through it all, we build strong relationships, deliver unreasonable hospitality, and have fun doing it!
This position is full-time, in office (Leawood, KS) M-F; 8-5pm, with flexibility to work from home a couple days a week after one year of
contributing to the team.
