Event Planner

As an Event Planner on the back-of-house (BOH) team, you’re the behind-the-scenes pro who makes sure every detail of an event runs like clockwork. You’ll handle logistics, financials, attendee coordination, and all the nitty-gritty that goes into pulling off a great event. Your focus is on making sure nothing slips through the cracks, from rooming lists to vendor contracts, so the event feels seamless and perfectly executed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in event planning with a focus on logistics and operations.

  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.

  • Strong research skills to find the best options and vendors.

  • Able to handle multiple tasks and stay on top of deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Logistics & Details: Manage all the details, including scheduling deposits, payments, and tracking budgets to make sure everything is on time and accurate.

  • Menu & Rooming List Management: Take care of dietary needs and accommodations, making sure all guests are comfortable and taken care of.

  • Research & Vendor Coordination: Dive into research, finding the best vendors, prices, and options to support the event and keep everything in line with the client’s needs.

  • Attendee Coordination: Handle registrations, confirmations, amenity orders, and communication, making sure every attendee has a smooth, personalized experience.

  • Stay on Schedule: Keep track of deadlines and timelines to ensure everything is ready to go when it’s supposed to be.

  • Collaborate with FOH: Work closely with the FOH team to provide all the info and support they need to turn creative ideas into a reality.
